Well, I can't just leave it at that, can I? An entire post with no music to listen to? No, I can't have that. Here's a couple of random rarities:
Holy Barbarians - "Hate You" Holy Barbarians were a short lived side project from The Cult's Ian Astbury. This was the b-side of their single "Space Junkie". Their only album, Cream, is now only available in mp3 form.(buy)
The Dead Milkmen - "The Puking Song" If you're not familiar with The Dead Milkmen, hunt down a copy of Death Rides a Pale Cow,(buy) or better yet, Eat Your Paisley!(buy) Back when I had a radio show, with my old friend Lucifer Sam (you still out there, Luci?), we used to play this one quite a bit. It's from their Smoking Banana Peels ep.
