Another one of those "revisiting" posts.
My post on the lack of a soundtrack for the wonderful film, Wondrous Oblivion, didn't seem to go over very big at first. Now, about a year later, it has become my most popular post. So, I figured I'd help out all those wandering souls who've been looking for the songs, and make it easier to get them all.
On my original post, I had each of the ten classic reggae/ska tracks available for download separately. Now, I've put them all in a "rar" file, and added one more song - the jazz piece used in the movie.
Also included in the file are a make-shift front cover, back cover (j-card), and some liner notes - which in this case are just quick little blurbs on each of the artists, mostly excerpted from their Wiki pages, or other websites.
This was originally put together just for myself, so if I've stolen any writing from a website that doesn't want it reproduced in my little booklet, just drop me a line.
Wondrous Oblivion Unofficial Soundtrack
If you want any of the individual songs, they're still available over at the original post.
The DVD can, of course, be had through Amazon, right here.

Hey my friend,
many thanks for this update, too bad it's on zshare - it's just not working for me. Perhaps you'd be so kind and upload it to any other thingy, like rapidshare or mediafire...wink wink, nudge nudge. Extra nice touch in adding Mingus in there, much appreciated.

Uploaded to Mediafire.
I've never listened to too much jazz, but I've been a fan of Mingus for many years. I couldn't resist adding his track, even though it isn't Ska.
. . .His autobiography, Beneath the Underdog, is a mighty good read, too.
Got a big hug for you.
You da man.

I'm confused. Why don't you offer the DVD as well? You mean, I gotta pay for that?
DVD = BIG BIG files, music = little tiny files. Also, this is a music blog, not a movie blog.
A note to the anonymous person who's "comment" I just deleted. . . I don't care if you love your discount Viagra, keep your fucking spam off my blog.
Thank You! I loved the movie and the soundtrack!
I'm listening to Lord Kitchener now that we speak!!
Thanks man!
Barcelona is the place for me ;PP
Hi mate,
Have you stopped hosting this rar file? File not found on the site... hope you can get it back up I'd love to have this music! Thanks!
Give me a day or so and I'll get it back up. Didn't know it was gone.
